Hello everyone, I am coming to you as the new HOA President and Administrator of this Webpage. In a very short time, we have developed a strong team of individuals in our community that have ALL of our financial and architectural interests in common.
That is to make and keep Weslin Creek a community of people that can communicate and live in a community that is safe and affordable. Along with that comes the homeowner's responsibility of maintaining their property so as to not take away from the ambiance and curb appeal of our homes within Weslin Creek.
Our concern is to not police individual's properties, but to ask individuals to accept responsibility for their own properties. If things seem to be getting out of hand or inexcusable because of neglect you will be warned and subsequently fined if the infractions are not addressed. This is not something we enjoy doing, but it is in the best interest of the community at whole. Please continue to maintain your homes; let's keep Weslin Creek a desirable location to live!
